Summer started out great...and then things got crazy. We did manage to fit in some fun things, but luckily we all like each other enough that even just hanging out can be exciting.
We visited the little park a couple blocks from our house.
The planetarium at Gateway.
The Discovery Museum at Gateway.
Hope did her best to help daddy with his homework.
Check out the way Hope is looking at her big bro.
Noah rode his cool chopper bike.
Gma Bosley made a cool newspaper hat that the kids quite enjoyed.
The kids built forts with couch cushions and anything else that they could find.
And we could always count on Ben to provide some entertainment.
We got a wading pool to cool off those hot summer days. Cousin Caleb was able to enjoy it too.
We spent an afternoon catching the many grasshoppers in our backyard.
Now summer vacation is over and Noah has started school again. Luckily he really likes his new teacher and is already making new friends.

I enjoyed all the pictures of summer.:-) We had a great summer. Lots
of nice warm days. Ben made a new play house. Cheryl got married. The kids were wonderful and now we have the hope and promise of even more children in the backyard next summer. I loved being here to see them everyday. mom
