Tagged, Again.

I never did like playing tag as a kid. I was never fast enough and so I would always get stuck being "it" until I finally gave up. At least now I don't get stuck being it, and I don't exhaust myself running. Even still, I'm only doing this because I appreciate the visit and comments of the fellow bloggers who do not know me, but were kind enough to stop by. Thanks so much!!

Plain and Simple, that's me!: Tag I'm It - Next it's YOU!#links

Six UN-Spectacular Things About Me - Here are the rules:

* Link the person who tagged you
* Mention the rules on your blog
* Tell about 6 unspectacular quirks of yours
* Tag 6 bloggers by linking them and leave a comment on each of the tagged blogger's blogs letting them know they have been tagged

1) I could drink Cherry Coke all day long and still want more.
2) I was on the swim team all three years of high school and didn't win one race. (This, by-the-way, is one of my biggest regrets. I wish I had cared about being a good swimmer, instead I just wanted to play around and didn't take it seriously)
3) I quote movies and sitcoms on a regular basis. If we are having a conversation and I say something that somewhat applies to the subject at hand, but you don't really get it...its probably a quote.
4) I hate cooking, but love FoodNetwork.
5) A sure way to cure one of my bad moods is animals. Watching The Planet's Funniest Animals, or looking around the local pet store is free medication....a cherry coke could do the trick too. ;}
6) I played the clarinet for a semester in 8th grade. My band teacher told me I sounded like a kazoo once and crushed my reed on the music holder thingie.

Who's next? Let's see...hmm.....Tara, Lori, Megan, Suzanne, Lacy and Heather.
I've picked you because I can't imagine anything UNspectacular about you.

This is the only spot I could find to leave a comment. Hope it is the right spot? I was so touched by the sweet and simple things you pay tribute to on your unique blog Linz. Even the music is you and feels somehow magical. I felt I had a little peek into who you are becoming. Some, of course I already know but I was very touched by the love I felt here. I felt a sudden rush of pride and sadness at the same time. To consider that in some way as your mother I contributed but sad that you have surpast what small influence I may have wished for you. As if I held your hand to help you up and then you ran away. This prabably makes no sense now. Maybe later? Years somewhere. You are a special and many faceted light to all of us who love you. I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you.

My husband does number 3, but he gets frustrated because I am not the movie buff he is... Oh well! I hope you are having a great weekend!

I LOVE your blog! It is soooo cute! Your kids are so gorgeous! I know I've met Noah but I don't think I've met Hope yet. Too cute! Blogging is still new to me but I think I'm catching on. It's addicting! I'm looking forward to having a new friend in the Blogashere!

1) I love to read trashy romance novels. Historical are the best!
2) My way of winding down from a long day at work or with the baby is to go outside and water my flowers for an hour or so. It's my "quiet" or "thinking" time.
3) I also quote waaaay too many movies. I love movies, and my husband and I own over 350.
4) I love cooking, but I hate to do desserts. I'd rather just buy them or let someone else make them.
5) I am a total sucker for The Real World. I think I have seen every single season, and now I'm addicted to the challenges.
6) I played the piano for almost 8 years, and I still suck at it. Occasionally I will play for Young Women's or my family, but I'm sadly not very good. :(

P.S. Thanks for all the great comments on my blogs! Isn't it a great way to stay in touch and get to know people? I'm glad you were able to find Britney!
